Overview
The Downtown YMCA is located in the heart of downtown Louisville at the corner of Second and Chestnut Streets. The Downtown YMCA offers a 6,000-square-foot wellness center with state-of the-art fitness and cardio equipment, aerobics, an indoor pool, an indoor running/walking track, climbing wall, as well as a variety of adult and family programs. Covered parking is available for a nominal fee.

Free monthly blood pressure screenings, body composition testing, dietary analysis, physical fitness evaluations, free sports injury screenings, massage.
